    Hier kommt ein kurzes Update zum Programm in der Tanzhalle die kommenden Wochen:

    • Do, 11.12. – KEIN WORKSHOP, aber dafür FREIES TANZEN schon ab 20 Uhr!
    • Do, 18.12. – WEIHNACHTSFEIER mit Mitbringbuffet und verschiedenen lokalen DJs ab 20 Uhr
    • Do, 25.12. – Weihnachts-PAUSE
  • Workshop mit Sonja: “Grounded and soft” am Do, 04.12.

    Diesen Donnerstag gibt es einen open level Workshop mit Sonja in der Tanzhalle in Haslach!

    • Wann: Do, 04.12. um 20 Uhr
    • Wo: Tanzhalle in Haslach (Markgrafenstr. 38)
    • Thema: Grounded and soft
      Wir erforschen, wie wir uns beim Tanzen gleichzeitig geerdet und weich fühlen können. Mit Übungen aus dem Embodiment stärken wir unsere Körperaufmerksamkeit und entdecken neue Qualitäten in uns und in Verbindung mit unserem Gegenüber.
    • Voraussetzungen: Open level – nur Basics wie Tanzhaltung und Forró-Grundschritt notwendig – auch für erfahrene Tänzer:innen bereichernd
    • Kosten: 10-15 €
