INFO: Transferring Tickets (important if you want to buy a ticket from another person!):
To transfer your ticket safely please follow these steps. Do not accept other procedures, as there are scammers out there:
- The person, who wants to buy (!) the ticket, sends an E-Mail to
containing the following information:
- First name and last name of the ticketholder
- Ticket-Code
- E-Mail-address of the ticketholder
- First name and last name of the person who wants to buy the ticket
- E-Mail-address of the person who wants to buy the ticket
- We will write to the person who wants to buy the ticket and also the ticketholder if the offered ticket is valid. As a buyer please verify that this E-Mail has been sent from (not similar but exactly! ) and that it contains the text, which you wrote to request the confirmation.
- Now you can transfer money for the ticket using your preferred way
- The seller sends an E-Mail to to authorize the transfer of the ticket and we will send it to the person, who bought it.
