Tickets are not refundable but you can sell them to other participants.
For the ticket exchange: You can change the data of your ticket by your own by following the given link by order or payment. If this is to much work for you, just pass your used name and e-mail adress as well as the order number. Please try to avoid to wright us mails about ticket exchange. We have to read, answer and work on these mails in our free time.If the programm, that was published during sale, may change after the ticket sale, tickets will be still non-refundable!

Announcement publication of photos & movie:

We would like to let you know that throughout our festival we will take pictures and videos. The pictures and the produced film will be published on the internet afterwards (Youtube, Facebook, Website). For this we need your consent. You can decide if you agree to being fotographed right here. If you don ́t agree with the publication of your photos and/or if you don ́t want to be seen in the film you will get a special wristband, wich you can collect at the registration. If you do not dissent at the registration, we see this as an agreement to publish photos of you and that pictures of you can appear in the movie.

Buffet and Brunch:

Saturday, there will be a vegan/vegetarian Bring-and-Share-Lunch. For a diverse and colorful buffet like we had in the last years we invite every participant to contribute something nice to eat (a salad, quiche, cake, bread, some fruits…) We will make sure that all your delicious food finds its place on the buffet. Please write your name on the boxes you bring!

Sunday, there will be a brunch. We will organize the preparation. Just come and enjoy 
